Welcome to KSC Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Employee Assistance Program is designed to offer employees a system to effectively deal with these difficult situations. The objective is to retain valued employees who may develop personal problems which interfere with job performance, conduct or attendance. It is a fact that unresolved personal concerns directly affect an employee's ability to perform in a satisfactory manner on the job.

Since Personal concerns and problems often start in the home, the Employee Assistance Program is also available to the employee's family and dependents.

We provide effective assistance and offer treatment possibilities to employees, and their family members suffering from unresolved personal concerns including alcoholism, marital problems, emotional difficulties, stress, legal problems, financial concerns, drug abuse or just about any personal problem that is causing the employee difficulty.

The Employee Assistance Program is not intended to supplant or contravene the normal disciplinary process or in any way block any employee's legitimate access to the grievance procedure. It must be emphasized too, that the employee will have neither job security nor promotional opportunities jeopardized by requesting or receiving assistance through the program.

The intention of EAP is to assist employees and their family members in a confidential manner.
